Management and Leadership
Antioch University offers a distinctive management and leadership education that prepares students at various stages of professional development to be principled leaders in their respective fields of practice. Across degree programs, we promote the integral thinking required to understand and lead change in a shifting, globally oriented world. Programs are trans-disciplinary; accepting professionals from a wide range of fields and in a variety of positions engaged in private, public, and entrepreneurial work. Students are exposed to all elements of leadership and change, including theoretical perspectives, conflict, ethics, decision making, resilience, policy issues, and sustainable change.
Students look at management situations from a systemic perspective and address human, organizational and community issues; enhance leadership skills; and learn how to diagnose problems and intervene effectively with individuals and groups. Students go beyond narrow problem definitions and the status quo and approach situations in terms of their contexts, interrelationships, and dynamics; learn how to imagine and create new possibilities; and work with others to design integrated approaches to problem solving.
Join other leaders, managers, consultants, entrepreneurs, educators, and individual contributors from a wide range of professional fields. Select from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree offerings, as well as graduate certificates and continuing education options.
