Curriculum
The Europe and Islam: Cultures & Communities curriculum includes the following four courses:
- POLS 320 Europe and Islam: In Search of a Model for Political Transformation (4 credits)
- HIST 260 Europe and Islam in Historical Perspective (4 credits)
- SOC 342 Social Stratification and Migration in Europe: Ethnicity, Gender, and Class (4 credits)
- POLS 390 Independent Research and Practicum (4 credits)
Courses are taught by faculty at Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland), Eberhard Karls Universitat (Tubingen, Germany) and Bilgi University (Istanbul, Turkey). Additional guest lecturers include representatives of NGOs and political parties, along with activists, and community leaders.
Curriculum may be subject to adjustment.

Credit & Evaluation
Students may earn up to 16 semester credits for successful completion of this program. They will be issued a transcript with a letter grade from Antioch University, along with narrative evaluations.
