PHD: More Great News from Alum, Dr. Ballou

Dr. Gary Ballou (Cohort 2) has been selected to present at the 16th Annual Conference of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction this coming January in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Ballou will present the results of his dissertation research at this state-wide research conference.
