FirstClass: Mailbox Clean up

There are a number of ways to "clean up" your mail, thus reducing the amount of space you are using.  Please note that once you have deleted the email or removed the attachments the disk usage may not drop immediately as it takes several days for the system to release the space.  The easiest ways are:

1.  Delete old messages -- especially items such as Fac/Staff, Notice, and Announce messages.

2.  Save attachments --Sort messages in descending order of size by clicking on the Size column.  Save the attachments to a folder in a location outside of First Class and then delete the messages and attachments within First Class. 

3.  Delete messages from the Sent folder.

4.  Please check your Junk Mail and Drafts folder and delete them.

5.  Download/Export emails with attachments to location outside of First Class
