This form is to schedule video conferencing time.
* Please ensure the video conferencing room requested is available for use prior to requesting a video conference.
VPN Form
This form is to request a VPN (Virtual Private Networking) access, this service will
allow you to connect to the University network through the Internet as if connecting on campus.
Account Sponsor Form
Occasionally, a department may have a person who is not paid through the University but is doing useful work for the University (a contractor, for example) and who needs access to computing and network services. A department may sponsor such a person for access, by filling out this form, with renewal of sponsorship due on a fiscal-year basis.
Project Site Request Form
If you would like to request a Sakai site to be created for you, please use this form, this service is available for students, faculty, and staff.
Training Request Form
Antioch University Academic Technology Staff can lead customized sessions for individuals or groups. Sessions can be held in-person, on the phone, or through Elluminate (an online web conferencing tool). We'll work with you to make the session as helpful as possible.
