Antioch University’s PhD in Leadership and Change congratulates Program Core Faculty, Dr. Laura Morgan Roberts, for her contribution to the paper entitled “Pathways for Positive Identity Construction at Work: Four Types of Positive Identity and the Building of Social Resources”, which was recently recognized as a finalist for the Academy of Management Outstanding Publication in Organizational Behavior!
