Transcript Request FAQs

How much do transcripts cost?

Each transcript is $15. In addition to the base price, there is a service fee of $2.25 per recipient. The base price includes narratives and standard mail delivery for addresses within the United States. Your credit card is not charged until the transcript is ready to be mailed, and if you are eligible for discounted service, the fee is adjusted at the time your order is completed. Service fees are not waived.

Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. E-mail updates are automatically sent to you to keep you informed of the status of your request. In order to receive a transcript, you must not have any business office, library or student loan holds on your account.

Additional Delivery Options:
1. $25 additional for overnight service (via FedEx)
2. $20 additional for express delivery to any Canadian or Mexican address (via USPS)
3. $20 additional for express delivery to any overseas address (via USPS)

Who may use this service?

1. Any student of a CLOSED Antioch University campus.

2. The online ordering site may also be used to request transcripts for the following OPEN campuses based on the dates of enrollment included below:

a. Antioch University New England students (before January 1975)
b. Antioch University Los Angeles students (before July 1985)
c. Antioch University Santa Barbara students (before July 1985)
d. Antioch University McGregor students (before July 1988)
e. Antioch Education Abroad Students (Yellow Springs, OH)
f. Outdoor Education Students (Yellow Springs, OH)

To order your transcript, you will need:
a. A major credit card
b. An e-mail address
c. To complete and return a signed FERPA acknowledgement form (provided during the ordering process) allowing this data to be released on your behalf

How do I order a transcript?
A request for transcript service can be made online.

Can I have you fax the request somewhere?
Yes, this delivery method is provided as an option. Faxed transcripts are considered unofficial.

How soon can I expect delivery of my transcript?
Most transcript requests are processed and mailed within 7 business days of being received. Please allow additional time for the United States Postal Service to deliver your request.
