Induction: Clear Your Credential
If you are looking to grow your teaching practice and earn your clear credential, Antioch University offers a highly individualized program directly connected to your work in the classroom. Designed to develop socially just educators, Antioch’s Induction Credential program combines field support with university support to help new and experienced teachers grow their practice and clear their credential. Through an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) candidates design their own growth goals and a plan for meeting those goals in concert with faculty and a school site mentor.
The primary purpose of Antioch University’s Induction program is to support candidates in growing their practice around the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Antioch’s Induction program sets itself apart from others through personalized learning and its emphases on social justice.
