Dave Mochel  Author, Speaker, Coach

Our culture is finally coming out of the closet and addressing end-of-life issues in positive ways. We have been very good at denying and ignoring mortality. However, embracing our finite lives can actually infuse each day and each personal interaction with depth and meaning. It can lead us to leverage and savor the time we do have. This enlightening presentation will provide simple but powerful tools to help put challenges and petty frustrations in perspective and offer methods to use death as a way to bring greater joy to life.

This event is part of Mind, Body & Soul, an interactive series led by world-renowned speakers offering unique strategies designed to enrich your life. This is the first of a five-part series held at the Marjorie Luke Theater. Antioch University Santa Barbara is a partner of the Mind, Body & Soul series.

Purchase tickets for individual presentations at $22 each or the series of five for $88.
