Net Impact Chapter Event – Virtual Meet and Greet with Boston’s Professional Net Impact Chapter

November 11, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

AUNE Net Imoact seal

Join Antioch’s MBA students for an informal brown bag lunch to chat with the leaders of Boston’s professional Net Impact chapter. Dan Haro and Clare Connolly will be joining us via Skype to discuss how professional chapters operate and what opportunities there are within Boston’s chapter. Net Impact has both academic and professional chapters all across the globe, so this meet and greet will help Antioch students connect with professionals in Boston that have similar interests in sustainability, business, and the environment.

The MBA in Sustainability program at Antioch University New England launched a chapter of Net Impact in 2007.

Net Impact is a global organization for graduate business students, who want to use business to create a positive change in the world. Net Impact provides networking opportunities for students and business leaders that share a vision of progressive business.

Membership in the organization gives students an opportunity to gain experience in business activities, while working with local companies and nonprofits on projects to benefit them and their communities.

Net Impact also offers many educational resources and opportunities; from conference calls with experts discussing issues like Corporate Social Responsibility to the annual National Net Impact conference that offers workshops on a wide range of topics. The Net Impact Career Center provides career advice, lists of potential employers, internships information, and much more.
