Amanda Anderson PhD, LMFT is a Core Faculty member of the CFT program. She has been in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy since 2010 and added teaching to her clinical and supervisory work in 2018. Amanda graduated with her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in 2011 and with her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in 2018. She treats teen and adult clients with a variety of presenting problems and specializes in couples therapy; her clinical interests include intimate partner relationships and attachment experiences. She is a self published author of a self-help book for millennials and completed her dissertation on the role of attachment in long-term marriages that end in divorce.
