As the Community Coordinator for The Bridge Program Roger’s charge is to pro – actively establish strategic partnerships with the diverse communities of Los Angeles, build the program by recruiting from these communities, and closely work with the director, program coordinator, and Bridge Staff to provide support and direction for Bridge Alumni. He also collaborates with volunteers to organize community events and support networks for Bridge alumni, recruits, and community partners.

Roger’s other academic interest are centered in the intersection of Business and Psychology, beyond the traditional areas of Marketing and Advertising. He is focused on the impact of personal issues on Management and Diversity, and believes this work can have a profound impact in the Antioch Community and beyond. Roger also serves on the Diversity Committee, and formerly co – taught “Society and the Individual” which he played a key role in establishing.

Roger also is a Certified Professional Coach who guides his clients through life transitions by helping them clarify their core values, align their life with those values and live from the “inside out.” Roger has a unique background integrating business, psychology, and education. He combines over twenty five years of national account sales and senior management with a background in counseling and psychotherapy. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the MAP Program. As a role model for lifelong learning, he is ideally suited to guide with his own brand of playful wisdom.

Roger’s broad based background makes him ideally suited to serve as Community Coordinator for The Bridge Program.
