GSLC Faculty Shares Insight on Reducing Workplace Drama and Managing Toxic Personalities
Dr. Mitch Kusy has had his latest article published in the summer edition of the renown journal, Leader to Leader, which was founded by Frances Hesselbein, former CEO of the Girl Scouts of the USA and an international proponent of social justice in the workplace. The title of Mitch’s article is “Why I Don’t Work Here Anymore: Leader Beware” and was based on his latest book, Why I Don’t Work Here Anymore: A Leader’s Guide to Offset the Financial and Emotional Costs of Toxic Employees.
