New Alumnus Dissertation Examines The Impact of Racism on the Lives of Student Affairs Professionals

PhD in Leadership and Change alumnus and Director of Resident Education and Development at the University of Cincinnati, Trent Pinto has published his dissertation entitled, The Impact of Racism on the Personal and Professional Lives of Student Affairs Professionals: A Mixed Methods Study.
