Dr. Mitch Kusy Shares Six Intentional Ways to Build Teams of Everyday Civility

Graduate School of Leadership and Change (GSLC) Professor of Organization Learning and Development and renown leadership coach Dr. Mitch Kusy has just published the new article entitled, “Six Intentional Ways to Build Teams of Everyday Civility (and Proactively Erode Toxic Behaviors)” in the American Association for Physician Leadership’s Physician Leadership Journal. The piece highlights ways to enhance organizational, team, and individual performance to target and erode toxic behaviors. Dr. Kusy recently shared research that he conducted with fellow GSLC Professor of Psychology Dr. Elizabeth Holloway, with Sound Practice the business podcast for physicians and healthcare leaders.

A 2005 Fulbright Scholar in Organization Development, Dr. Kusy is a registered organization development consultant and has consulted with hundreds of organizations nationally and internationally.
