Job Description
Admin: Provide detail-oriented administrative support for Education Department staff and faculty. Tasks vary throughout the term.
Responsibilities include organizing online files, updating spreadsheets for student tracking purposes, and typing documents such as course lists; special tasks for Education Department; maintaining program-specific Google websites (3-4 hours/week); and other special projects as assigned (2 hours/week). Tasks vary, and depending on student availability during the term.
Works in conjunction with the Education Department’s Administrative Assistant and Administrative Director; reports to the Education Department Administrative Director.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, must be responsive and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the AUNE Education Department offerings and processes is a plus, but not required; students from any department are welcome to apply.
