MACP (Master’s in Clinical Psychology Program) Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Program Coordinator
Assist in administrative aspects of program coordination including, tracking sheets, updating and organizing of materials, data entry, outreach to community professionals, and in helping organize events.
Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Able to represent the MACP Program with professional demeanor
● Checks and responds to email regularly
● Contacts program training sites, and other community professionals to gather updated information and enter into databases
● Helps research resources for curriculum and other program needs.
● Helps in organizing materials, lists as needed
Strong attention to detail. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher and various Adobe programs. Must be able to work independently (currently remotely) be highly organized and able to multi-task quickly and efficiently. Must be comfortable with outreach (including phone contact) within community. Research, data collection and program evaluation skills desired but not necessary.
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: Flexible Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Federal Work Study pay is $14.00 hourly. FWS employees are covered under the University’s workers compensation plan.
