Antioch’s Annual Artistic Uprising Application
Artists and performers of all genre and styles are invited to participate in the 12th Annual Artistic Uprising, a fundraiser for the Bridge Program to be held on Friday, November 15, 2019.
The Artistic Uprising celebrates the creative pulse of Antioch University and its community partners. As part of our Fall 2019 Convocation, the event will also honor our relationship to the Tongva Nation land and people. Our theme this year is community, and we hope you will join us in celebrating the diverse richness of our special community.
Who can participate? Students, alumni, staff, faculty, friends, family, community partners, and those interested in being part of our community are welcome. We are also providing limited space for vendors.
- Artistic Uprising Event Date: November 15th
- Submission Window: Monday, October 21, 2019 – Sunday, November 3, 2019
- Exhibition Dates: November 15, 2019 – December 16, 2019
Step 1: Fill out the initial registration at the bottom of this page. This will alert the committee of your intent to participate, and provide our team with information about the work you intend to exhibit, perform, or vend.
Step 2: Please download and complete the following forms: Artistic Agreement Form and Blank W-9. If you wish to submit both visual and performance artwork, you will need to submit both a Visual Artist and Performance Artist submission form.
Donation Requirement: As a fundraising event, we are requiring all vendors and any exhibitors who wish to sell their work to contribute a minimum of 15% of proceeds to the Bridge program. We appreciate your generosity and support of this important program.
All visual artwork should be dropped off with all completed forms within the Submission Window.
The deadline for submission is November 3rd, 2019.
