MA in Nonprofit Management '15
"In my first quarter in the Nonprofit Management program, we focused on program evaluation. Not only was it fascinating to me in terms of the academics of it, and the conversation in the classroom, but I was able to apply it, right away, every week, to what I was doing in my job. People start nonprofits out of passion, and enthusiasm, not because they necessarily have a business sense of how to proceed, and my organization is fairly young. This program teaches you to approach your program design thinking about the end and how you’re going to evaluate the program before you even start. So you can look at what things work, what needs to be improved, and how you can prove your success... I’m making friends and creating networks that are going to last me far beyond my time here at Antioch"
