School of Ed. 2014 Professional Workshop Series for Educators
YELLOW SPRINGS, OH,–The Antioch University Midwest School of Education will host Co-teaching: An Instructional Support Model for Cooperating Teachers Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014. The workshop is the first of its 2014 Professional Workshop Series designed to address specific issues facing current and future educators.
The purpose of the workshops is to provide relevant and applicable information to educators that can be taken back to their classrooms and applied immediately.
“This workshop series is an opportunity for K-12 educators to strengthen their practice, learn about cutting edge topics and provide an exchange of ideas and knowledge between SOE faculty and K-12 teachers and administrators,” said School of Education Director Marian C. Glancy, Ph.D.
The workshops can be taken for personal enrichment, professional development, or academic credit. Details regarding receiving credit for the workshops are available by contacting the School of Education.
The cost to attend the workshops is $50 per workshop or $150 for the series.
