(Self-Care)nival at AUNE
Thanks to the initiative of Clinical Psychology students and sponsored by the Student Activity Fund, AUNE’s first (Self-Care)nival took place with great success on April 11 in the community room.
All students, faculty and staff were welcome to create their own stress balls, glitter bottles, or color mandalas for relaxation. Among other offerings were tea, massage, stretching, and meditation throughout the day.
“The purpose of the (Self-Care)nival is to promote self-care and improve coping skills to get us all through the rest of the semester,” says Courtney Condiracci, a 4th year Clinical Psychology student, who, together with her classmate, Carissa Krapf, organized the event.
