Tom Wessels Profiled in New York Times
Tom Wessels, professor emeritus of Environmental Studies at Antioch University New England, was recently profiled in the New York Times. He was interviewed during a visit to Woodlawn Museum, Gardens & Park in Ellsworth, ME, which is located a few miles from Acadia National Park. At Woodlawn, Wessels talked about the landscape with the reporter, Joshua Campbell Torrance, the museum’s executive director, and Todd Little-Siebold, faculty at the College of the Atlantic who serves as a Woodlawn trustee.
Wessels has written a number of books, the most recent is Granite, Fire, and Fog: The Natural and Cultural History of Acadia. He also has a video playlist on the New England Forests YouTube channel.
