Join us for a PEAK ABA Workshop with Dr. Mark R. Dixon. Learn about this assessment and training curriculum that promotes the advancement of language and cognitive skills of children and adolescents with autism. The workshop is open to all interested in learning to design and implement a comprehensive language and cognition-training curriculum.

About the Presenter
Dr. Mark R. Dixon, BCBA-D, received his Ph.D in Psychology from the University of Nevada and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over a decade. He is the founding President of the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis and has also held the President position for the MidAmerican Association for Behavior Analysis. Currently he is an Executive Council Member for the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Mark’s interests span the field of behavior analysis including the study of complex operant behavior, verbal behavior, the development of language, and organizational behavior which has led to the publication of 5 books and over 130 articles in peer-reviewed journals, and more than 400 national and international presentations. In further service to the field, Mark has served as the Editor for Behavior Analysis in Practice and an Associate Editor for Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. Dr. Dixon has generated research and service funding totaling more than 1.5 million dollars to infuse behavior analysis in schools, alternative education sites, and other facilities serving those with autism or other developmental disabilities, and to create a behavioral therapy clinical for the analysis and treatment of pathological gambling and obesity. His expert opinions and research have been featured in Newsweek, Time, The New York Times, National Public Radio, This American Life, and regional affiliates of ABC, CBS, and PBS.

Cancellations received in writing 30-days in advance of the workshop will receive a full-refund. Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days in advance of the workshop receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received on or after October 27th, within 14-days of the workshop, receive no refund.
