Supervisor: Beth Kaplin and Jean Kayira
Support projects and initiatives related to biodiversity conservation research, community outreach, communications, development and fundraising activities, and conservation education and community conservation projects in countries in Africa. Specific activities may include internet library research, preparing or editing documents including proposals, newsletters or other media materials, and contributing to managing, evaluating or reviewing projects. Countries include Rwanda, Malawi, Central African Republic, and D.R. Congo and the Albertine Rift Region.
Self-motivated, creative individual with excellent writing and communication skills. Interest in and experience in African countries a plus. Applicant should be savvy with using Google docs, Dropbox, and internet sharing tools and social media platforms.
