Job Description: The Program Evaluation Teaching Assistant (TA) will work closely with Libby to plan and facilitate weekly course sessions, to support students in their semester-long evaluation client projects, and to manage associated course logistics (e.g., Zoom, guest speaker confirmation communications) and course communications via Sakai. TA support for student research projects will take the form of consult on design and instrument review, evaluation planning, including writing and presentation. The TA must be eligible for US Federal Work Study during summer and fall 2020. Other duties as identified in collaboration with EE faculty advisor. Compliance with all Covid19 socially distancing, health and safety precautions required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible, capacity to work independently and as part of a team, computer savvy, excellent writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to network and seek out resources required. Interest in program evaluation, qualitative and quantitative methods, instrument design, and experiential teaching at the graduate level; experience in evaluation and environmental education program design; curriculum design experience (face-to-face, hybrid, online) a plus though not required.
The Program Evaluation TA must be available to attend/co-facilitate class each Friday from 1-4 PM, and will be required to work additional hours to provide support to students.

This position is intended to help with the design and implementation of the fall 2020 program evaluation course. Duties include a wide range of educational design, teaching and general administrative tasks to support enrolled students. Additional responsibilities associated with EE office administration and associated on-going initiatives on an as needed basis.
