Teresa Kaldor, PhD – Director
Teresa Kaldor, PhD has worked in higher education, as an institutional researcher and economics professor, for over 20 years. She started her career as a macroeconomist and policy analyst, working in the Philippines, Qatar and the United States. In 2006, Teresa earned her PhD in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Teresa also has degrees in BA in Economics and Management (University of the Philippines), in MS in Industrial Economics (University of Asia and the Pacific), and an MPhil in Policy Analysis (Pardee RAND Graduate School).
Cynthia Cain Fitzgerald – Senior Programmer/Analyst, Associate Director
Cyndi has 20 years’ experience as a Data Analyst in Higher Education. Since joining Antioch in 2008 she has served as a Functional Analyst for the New England Campus, an Analyst and Programmer for the University HR and Finance departments and a Senior Programmer/Analyst in IT. Cyndi was recruited to serve as the Senior Programmer/Analyst for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness when it was formed in 2014, served as Interim Director from 2016 – 2018 and currently serves as Associate Director and Senior Programmer/Analyst. In this role she is responsible for creating and maintaining the OIE Operational Data Store, Reporting and Analytics from SAP Business Objects and ensuring OIE reporting tables meet reporting requirements for IPEDS and the Higher Learning Commission.
Jessica Grater – Institutional Research Analyst
Jessica Grater has worked in Higher Education for nearly 15 years. She earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Central Florida. Jessica is responsible for Antioch’s external survey submissions, IPEDS reporting and the University Factbook.
