Every day our lives are impacted by people in leadership roles – those who were elected or selected to inhabit roles of authority for which they may be highly qualified or miserably unprepared. But leadership isn’t something practiced only in the public sphere. It is something we practice every day in the choices we make and how we show up for others. Becoming an effective leader is more than a journey; it is an odyssey filled with adventures, obstacles, pain and personal growth.
We will reflect on:
- What makes a leader successful?
- What kind of leader inspires you?
- What kind of leader do you aspire to be?
