Rondy Yu is a licensed educational psychologist, nationally certified school psychologist, and board certified behavior analyst. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from University of California, Davis; Master of Arts and Educational Specialist degrees in Education and School Psychology from California State University, Sacramento; and is currently completing his doctorate in the Clinical, Counseling, and School Psychology program at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he has been actively engaged in both practice and research.
Rondy has experience in both public schools and non-public agencies functioning as a psychologist, behaviorist, and clinical supervisor. He has presented at various professional conferences at the local, national, and international levels on topics related to behavioral consultation, treatment fidelity, and research related to programming for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders. Currently, he serves as a mental health specialist with Santa Barbara County SELPA where he assists the SELPA director in the placement of students in nonpublic schools and residential treatment centers, provides case management of students in nonpublic school and residential placements, and oversees research and data tracking for mental health programs and services.
