Rasheena Fountain, an alumna of the Urban Environmental Education program was recently featured in a KBCS interview titled “More Than One Kind of Nature,” which discusses what shapes our view of the environment and our relationship with it.
Rasheena is a freelance writer, MFA candidate, and pre-doctoral instructor at the University of Washington whose goal as a writer is to highlight and provoke discussions about environmentalism, environmental justice, womanhood, sexual orientation, gender identity, and social justice issues through the lenses of the Black experience.
