Student Life is hosting an Urban Market to foster community and help students raise funds. The market will be be held from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Student vendors will be expected to set up their booths at 10:30 a.m. and take down their booths from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
They are looking for students interested in selling goods or services. There are several categories they are looking to fill:
- Food (homemade)
- Interactive Entertainment (face painting, taro card readings),
- Art (paintings, jewelry, prints)
- Unique Collections (books)
Have fun and be creative!
Expectations for Participants:
Student vendors will be expected to set up their booths at 10:30 a.m. and take down their booths from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
Students will decide on prices for their goods and services offered. Food needs to be sold by donation. All food must be accompanied by ingredient list.
Student vendors are responsible for being at their table, or arranging for someone to take their place. All vendors are responsible for set up and break down of their table. Vendors must provide a price list to Student Life prior to the start of the event.
*Student Life is available to support vendors by running their booths during class, if arrangements are made ahead of time!
