Core Faculty, Couple and Family Therapy
Laura earned her Masters of Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University in 2010 and her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in 2017. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), an AAMFT approved supervisor, and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She has worked in clinical practice for over 10 years and loves seeing clients, supervising clinicians, and raising awareness of mental health issues in educational settings and faith communities.
Currently, Laura owns and directs a small group practice in Federal Way, Washington. With her team of talented clinicians, Laura focuses on making therapy transformative and accessible to individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds and income levels. She began teaching at AUS in 2018 and is thrilled at the opportunity to learn from and grow with her students and colleagues at Antioch.
