Mr. David W. Ross has over 35 years of experience in executive and project management, information systems, communications, and training for government organizations and commercial companies. He has led the successful start-up of three service and technology businesses, providing overall management and strategic direction for these companies, supervising the development of business opportunities and strategic alliances with other companies and international organizations. He has been an adjunct member of Antioch University Midwest’s faculty since 2004.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. Dave has been certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1994 and was one of the first individuals to earn the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, in 2007.
