As part of a time-honored tradition of supporting students and recognizing their achievements, Antioch University Los Angeles is pleased to make available a variety of institutional and donor-based scholarship opportunities. Students are encouraged to contact the AULA Financial Aid Office and academic departments to learn about the latest student funding opportunities.
All newly admitted AULA students that meet the stipulated scholarship/grant eligibility criteria are automatically considered for this funding opportunity. A new student’s admission application file is used by the Program’s Scholarship/Grant Committee in determining recipients in their particular program. Every term, a select group of continuing students may be eligible for these awards based on exceptional merit or high financial aid need. For additional questions, students should contact the chairs of their academic department.
AULA has several scholarships that are donor-funded. To be eligible for these scholarships, certain criteria must be met and a separate application may be required. Currently, all awardees are determined and notified directly by the academic department. For the latest information, please contact your academic department.
Community College Scholars Program
Antioch University Los Angeles is proud to announce the Community College Scholars Program, a scholarship opportunity for undergraduate students transferring from a community college with whom AULA has an articulation agreement. This opportunity is available if you apply to enter one of Antioch’s bachelor’s programs. If granted a Community College Scholarship, Antioch will waive the tuition for your first 6 units, a savings of up to $4,074. This grant will be split between your first 2 quarters. You are eligible for this scholarship if you have earned a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and at least 24 transferable semester units at a qualifying community college.
If you meet the criteria above, you will automatically be considered for the scholarship. Preference will be given to students who have been enrolled in and completed the community college units within the last four years.
