Received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Antioch New England University in 2003, his master’s degree in religion from Yale Divinity School, and his bachelor’s degree from Trinity College. He completed his internship and postdoctoral training at the Danielsen Institute (Boston University).
Dr. Hammer practices as a licensed, clinical psychologist in Vermont at the United Counseling Services. His practice includes working with the VT Blueprint for Health, a state-wide project that integrates mental health and primary care services. He continues to pursue his special interests in clinical supervision, spiritually oriented psychotherapy, and peace psychology.
