Monadnock Region System of Care (MRSoC) is a 6-year (2 years of planning, 4 years of implementation), federally-funded (SAMHSA) initiative to improve the system of care and behavioral health outcomes of children and youth with serious emotional disturbance in the Monadnock Region of NH. MRSoC will feature wraparound, a care planning process that offers youth and their families access to individualized services, aligned with the needs of each child/youth and family, and guided by their strengths. These enhanced services and supports build resilience, coping, and strategies for families to better meet their child’s behavioral health needs and to improve outcomes and functioning in home, school, and community.
