The Advancing Conscious Leadership certificate program invites professionals, citizens, and change-makers to build their leadership acumen to meet the 21st-century leadership challenges.
Drawing on evidence-based knowledge, the certificate learning is grounded in a tri-lens framework that focuses on building authentic aptitude, relational competence, and adaptive capability. The framework encourages leadership practice that is bold, creative, and responsible. In addition, certificate learning is informed by advances in neuroscience and how they impact conscious leadership development and practice. Finally, the coursework looks at how leadership may create trustful environments that encourage creativity and innovation.

The course will review cutting edge learning from neuroscience and evidence from social sciences that contribute to conscious leadership practice. In addition, this course will utilize the relational competence lens to integrate approaches which facilitate self and interpersonal aspects of conscious leadership.
