My central goal as an educator is to facilitate meaningful learning and foster authentic
relationships. I strive to create a collaborative environment where power dynamics are
acknowledged and balanced, and where students are valued for their inherent worth. I encourage learners to explore ideas beyond their comfort zones and engage critically with diverse perspectives. Through this process, I aim to support the personal and professional development of competent, confident, and compassionate counseling professionals.
