I am an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist in private practice, specializing in helping interracial couples navigate relationship challenges and deepen connection. I prioritize cultural awareness and understanding, providing a safe, inclusive space where partners can feel heard, respected, and supported as they work through unique dynamics and strengthen their bond. I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I then studied at San Diego State University and got my Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. And I am now based in Santa Barbara, providing telehealth mental health services to folks throughout the state as a licensed LMFT. I love all things cozy and crafty, but being a dog mom forces me to go outside often!
