I hold a bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. As a licensed psychotherapist in California with over a decade of practice experience, I have worked in diverse clinical settings, including school-based counseling, community mental health, private practice, and student services. I have supported clients facing a wide range of issues, such as academic stress, life transitions, substance abuse, resource insecurity, and identity development. I have been actively engaged in teaching and guiding students at both community college and master's levels who are pursuing clinical licenses since 2019, and am currently a full-time Teaching Faculty member in AU Santa Barbara’s MACP program.
