Antioch University’s MS in Allied Health, Healthcare Administration concentration is one of the only graduate programs focused on developing strong talent to take on managerial roles in the healthcare industry and transform healthcare through a lens of social justice. All students earning their Master of Science in Allied Health in Healthcare Administration must complete the “core” requirements (15 Total Hours):
- Allied Healthcare Administration
- Evidence-Based Practice
- Leadership & Advocacy in Policy and Healthcare
- Research Design
- Program Planning & Evaluation
In addition to the core requirements, students will complete:
Advanced Practice Content Courses – (6 hours)
- U.S. Healthcare Policy
- Ethical Healthcare Leadership
One Elective Course – (3 hours)
The elective course can be taken from any of the following programs with the approval of the Program Chair/advisor: MSAH, MBA, Education, MANM, or MHSA. Please consult your academic advisor for additional help in the selection of courses.
Completion of your degree is fulfilled by choosing to either complete a research thesis or take on a hands-on practicum project relevant to healthcare administration.

The person making the recommendation cannot be related to you.

- Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned a degree or certificate. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. Official GRE scores can be submitted if the undergraduate GPA is below 3.0. You must have earned a four-year degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
