With over two decades as an entrepreneur and business leader, I bring practical, real-world insights into the classroom. My approach emphasizes the application of theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios, fostering an engaging and dynamic learning environment.

I employ storytelling as a central pedagogical tool, recognizing its power to enhance memory retention and engagement across diverse learning styles. Research supports that storytelling appeals to visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners, making it an effective strategy for inclusive education.

My teaching is highly interactive, encouraging dialogue and collaboration among students. I design curricula by first identifying the desired competencies and outcomes, then tailoring content to meet these goals. Assignments are structured with clear expectations, examples, and support to empower students to take intellectual risks within a dependable framework.

I view education as a reciprocal relationship. My role is to provide a conducive learning environment, relevant knowledge, constructive feedback, and motivation. In turn, I expect students to be prepared, open-minded, and committed to applying their learning to real-world challenges.

Ultimately, my objective is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to succeed in the global marketplace and to lead lives that are professionally fulfilling and socially impactful.
