Policies
Dates are subject to change.
General guidelines are as follows:
- OPEN REGISTRATION: Up to 1 day prior to the first day of term
- LATE REGISTRATION ($100 fee assessed): First day of the term.
- CONTINUING STUDENT REGISTRATION: Includes Group 0 Priority Registration for DSS and other priority groups
- COURSE ADD: 0 - 20% of instructional period
- COURSE DROP: 0-20% of instructional period (no transcript notation, 100% tuition refund)
- COURSE WITHDRAWAL: 21% – 60% of instructional period (transcript notation of W, 0% tuition refund, counts as attempted credit in the calculation of SAP, no online processing)
- DEADLINE TO COMPLETE PRIOR TERM INCOMPLETES: 2 weeks prior to the end of the subsequent term
