Antioch University’s PhD in Leadership and Change, Completion Pathway is designed specifically for students who have completed significant doctoral-level coursework elsewhere but have not yet earned their degree. This innovative, low-residency option supports mid- and senior-career professionals in finishing their doctorate through individualized learning plans, close faculty mentorship, and a strong commitment to social change.
During this interactive Info Session, you’ll hear directly from Admissions about eligibility, transfer credit expectations, timelines, and what makes the Completion Pathway a supportive next step in your academic journey. You will also have the opportunity to meet faculty members, learn about their areas of scholarship, and engage in conversation about how your prior work and future goals can align with this unique program.
