Catherine Mueller-Bell

Catherine Mueller-Bell has 30 years of full-time post-graduate counseling experience as a Clinician and 14 years of teaching experienced as a full-time Professor. She is licensed in the State of Michigan as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES).

In her previous full-time faculty position in Michigan, Catherine developed and taught curriculum for clinical mental health counseling courses in residence and online to graduate students; developed a Women’s Studies Lecture Series, an Intercultural Studies Lecture Series and a Women’s Studies Cognate, an Addictions Counseling Cognate, a Multi-State Licensure Cognate and a Trauma Counseling Specialization; provided academic advising to students; participated in committees and divisional meetings to foster program development; assisted the Dean in preparing for CACREP accreditation; provided public speaking and training at conferences and agencies; invested in social justice and community outreach and networking through service projects locally and globally through her partnerships with NGO’s in Africa and India.
