Frank Price Rust, III, BS, PhD retired from CSU Dominguez Hills where he taught Statistics and Introduction to Biostatistics. Frank was given the Excellence in Distance Learning Teaching award by the United States Distance Learning Association, the Judith M. Lewis Outstanding Educator Award by the School of Health, CSU, Dominguez Hills, and Excellence in Teaching Award by Antioch University, Santa Barbara.
He received his B.S. in Developmental Psychology at the University of Utah, his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and completed a 6-year Post Doctorate in Maternal and Child Health Research at UCSB. Frank tries to teach students that research can be fun and entertaining, as well as informative and easily accessible.
