Jayson began his career as a teacher/athletic trainer in 1996. He has taught classes at the middle school, high school, and community college levels. Working with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, Jayson brings many experiences to share with the students. He currently works for OhioHealth in the sports medicine outreach department.

Jayson resides with his wife and two kids in Dublin, Ohio.
