Teaching Statement

There has never been a more exciting or more important time to be a teacher-librarian. Our world is in desperate need of more readers and critical thinkers whose empathy and ability to parse credibility in the information they consume fuels and defines their contributions to the world. As librarians, these two critical skills are at the heart of what we do, making our work more essential than ever.
