My personal and professional interests revolve around two key areas: holistic approaches to health and wellness and developing awareness around the many forms and consequences of inequality and exclusion at play in society. Growing up gifted and poor, being the first in my family to go to college, discovering fitness as a means to cope with challenges, and a winding, diverse career path, have contributed to a broad and inclusive perspective on lifelong learning, wellness, and resilience.
