Mack is a neuropsychologist currently operating a private practice that provides disability and compensation evaluations for the VA and Social Security Administration. His background is in Neurorehabilitation Treatment and Neuropsychological assessment. He previously worked as the Clinical Director of Goodwill NeuroRehab Services Lewiston & Scarborough, and he is an adjunct professor at Rivier University.

Mack attended Rivier University in Nashua, NH, where he earned an undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in homeland security studies. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Counseling and School Psychology from Rivier University in 2020. Mack completed his Internship and two years of Post-Doctoral Residency at Goodwill NeuroRehab Services in Lewiston & Scarborough, Maine.

Mack's teaching focus is on the development of clinical reasoning and analytical skills through the use of direct experiential academic work. The focus is on assisting students to develop their own critical thinking and clinical application skills through the use of cases and real-world data. The belief is that such an immersive learning experience will be engaging for students and will help the next generation of neuropsychologists develop the most important skills for their future practice.
