Manny is a counselor-in-residence at The Relational Center, where they provide relational gestalt therapy for adults from a variety of life experiences. At The Relational Center, they have co-facilitated groups such as Bodies and Trauma, and Whiteness & Antiracism, and a transmasculine peer support group. They are also a telehealth therapist for Brave Trails, serving LGBTQ+ youth.

Before attending the MAP Program as a student, they were working as a rape crisis counselor and sexual violence prevention educator in Colorado. Manny currently teaches Society and the Individual and Introduction to Psychological Theory and Practice at Antioch. They have taught Practice Based Placement at CSU San Bernardino as well.
